ENRJI® Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At ENRJI®, every product is crafted with precision and passion. We want you to feel confident when you shop with us, so here’s our clear and transparent policy.
1) Manufacturing Defects / Wrong or Damaged Items

Returns are accepted only if you receive a wrong item or a manufacturing defect/damaged product.

No returns for change of mind.

Time Window: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Report:

Send clear photos/videos of the issue, the packing, and the invoice label via WhatsApp: +91 70690 44494 or Email: support@snehworld.com.

Include your order number, full name, and a short description of the issue.
Resolution:

After verification, you have to arrange replacement.

If a replacement is not possible (out of stock/discontinued), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval. (Bank timelines may vary.)
2) Exchanges (Size/Color)
We’re happy to offer exchanges for size or color changes, provided these conditions are met:

Item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.

You provide the original receipt/proof of purchase.
Exchange Process:

Contact us via WhatsApp/Email with order details and your requested size/color.

Ship the product back to us after confirmation. Use a trackable courier and share the AWB number.

Exchange courier charges are borne by the customer.

Once the product passes quality inspection, we’ll dispatch your requested size/color and share tracking details.
3) Replacement Policy
At ENRJI®, we want you to feel inspired and confident in every purchase.
Eligible for Replacement:

Wrong product received (size/design/variant mismatch).
-
Defective or damaged product delivered.

Size issues (only for unworn, unwashed items with original tags).
Replacement Window:

You can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
Condition for Replacement:

Product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags/packaging.

Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required.
-
For damaged items, please share clear photos while raising your request.
Replacement Process:

Contact us via WhatsApp +91 70690 44494 within 7 days of delivery.

Return courier charges are borne by the customer.

Once the product is received and quality-checked, your replacement will be dispatched.
Non-Replaceable Items:
-
Products purchased on final sale/clearance.

Items without tags, used, or washed.
4) Important Notes & Exclusions

No returns for change of mind.

Claims for defective products made after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.

Sale/discounted items, freebies, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Products that are worn, washed, stained, altered, or missing tags will not be accepted.

Slight color variations due to lighting/screen settings are normal and not considered defects.

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery attempts (RTO), reshipping charges will apply.

Shipping fees (if applicable) and COD/transaction charges are non-refundable.
5) Delivery Issues

Damaged package on arrival? Please record an unboxing video and share photos/videos within 48 hours.

Item missing? Share the unboxing video + invoice photo so we can investigate with the courier.
6) Inspection & Approval

All returned/exchanged items undergo a quality check.

Approval is subject to items meeting stated conditions.

If the item fails inspection, we’ll notify you and return it (shipping charges apply).
