1. IS SHIPPING FREE?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping within India on all orders.
2. DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMELINE
- Orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time is 6–7 working days for most locations in India.
- During peak sale periods, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances (such as courier delays, strikes, or extreme weather), delivery timelines may be extended.
3. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use this link to track your shipment’s progress.
4. DELAYS, LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
- All shipments are sent with insured shipping and handling.
- If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@snehworld.com or WhatsApp +91 70690 44494.
- In case of loss or damage, we will arrange a replacement shipment with full tracking, subject to stock availability.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control, but we will assist you in resolving such issues.
5. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
6. TAXES & DUTIES
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes. You will not be required to pay any additional taxes upon receiving your order within India.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At present, we ship only within India. International shipping will be announced once available.
